Keynote and Oral presentations:
Every daily symposium will be completed by a live round Table / Q&A session. Each symposium has assigned an "open" Zoom meeting. This Zoom meeting will be running every day of the conference. An access to the Zoom room will be available from the Web app no special access is needed to join the Q&A sessions. Since the pre-recorded content will be available around the clock also the questions to the authors may be submitted before the start of the scheduled Q&A session. The questions can be submitted via the chat function of the Web app. Participants can also ask questions directly during the Q&A Session with Zoom's chat function.”
Poster presentations:
All poster presentations will be available around the clock also the questions to the authors may be submitted via the chat function of the Web app. As presenter you can start the chat with a welcome message to all other participants next to your presentation. We will not have a Q&A session online for posters.
Round table / Q&A
To access the Zoom sessions, you will find one of the following buttons on the Session Detail page: [Enter virtual room] you can click on it and a Zoom meeting will start.
